1. Original passport of the applicant
2. Sponsor request letter address to The Visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Saud Arabia, New Delhi. (Should be attested from Saudi Chamber of commerce)
3. Computer print from Jawazaat office of the applicant as well as principal person in Saudi Arabia
4. Iqama copy of the applicant
5. FIR for the lost passport
6. Newspaper article for the lost passport
7. Lost passport copy of the applicant
8. Iqama copy of principal person in Saudi Arabia
9. Passport copy of principal person in Saudi Arabia
10. Exit re-entry visa copy of the applicant - should be valid
