• 2. Two white back-ground photographs of the applicant
• 3. Original Kuwait Entry Visa
• 4. Police Clearance Certificate from Passport Office
• 5. Original Medical Report from GCC Approved Clinic
• 6. GCC Medical test registration slip
• 7. Application Form

Checklist for Family Joining Visa:

• 1. Original Passport of the applicant
• 2. Two white back-ground photographs of the applicant
• 3. Original Kuwait Entry Visa
• 4. Police Clearance Certificate from Passport Office - not application for applicant below 18 years old
• 5. Original Medical Report from GCC Approved Clinic - not application for applicant below 12 years old
• 6. GCC Medical test registration slip - not application for applicant below 12 years old
• 7. Application Form
• 8. Polio vaccination certificate - for below 12 years old applicant

Notes:

. Pcc ( Should be issued from Passport Office )Validity is only 06 Months

. Kuwait Business Visa and Visit Visa No need Visa Stamping.

. Medical validity is 2 months

. Medical should have minimum 10 days validity before submission
