- 1. Original Passport of the applicant
- 2. Two latest white-background photographs of the applicant
- 3. Visa approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, KSA
- 4. Copy of IQAMA of Sponsor (Residence Permit)
- 5. Passport Copy of Sponsor (First and Last Page)
- 6. Proof of Relationship with Sponsor i.e. Marriage Certificate (Arabic Translated) should be attested by Saudi Embassy (Not needed if name of spouse entered on passport of the applicant)
