Resident Visa
- 1. Original Passport of applicant (Current passport and old passport, if any)
- 2. Two Latest White Background Photographs
- 3. Copy of IQAMA of Sponsor (Residence Permit )
- 4. Visa approval slip issued from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia
- 5. Proof of Relationship with Sponsor i.e. Marriage Certificate (Arabic Translated) should be attested by Saudi Embassy, if name of spouse is not endorsed on the passport of applicant
- 6. Passport Copy of Sponsor (First and Last Page)
- 7. Medical report from GAMCA Medical Center. (Not applicable for child below 12 year)
- 8. GAMCA Slip (Not applicable for child below 12 year)
- 9. Polio vaccination certificate of child, if applying for the visa
